1. All products purchased from Syed Creations can be exchanged within 07 days only if:

a. Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.

b. The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

c. The received product(s) differed from the original order.

d. Anything is missing from the package including Patches, Neckline, Dupatta etc. In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 07 days of the original order date. Please email pictures and Videos of the defective item to syedcreationspaki@gmail.com or call at +91- 8851334802 within 3 days after order delivery in case to raise a dispute. Syed Creations will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties. Once we receive the item our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer.

II. In case of exchange, customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.

III. Syed Creations does not offer any cash refunds or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.. We do offer online store credit (Coupon) or the chance to exchange your product for another, depending on the situation.

IV. Syed Creations has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as – item is out of stock, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

V. Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason

VI. Sale or Discount items cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased.
